Avoid spring water damage claims. Your hoses may have frozen this winter. When you go to use the outside faucet it may leak in your house. When you turn on your garden hose for the first time, a broken pipe can leak into the walls and cause major damage to your house. Always check the inside of your home after turning on faucets or have someone in the house to listen for leaks.
